I’m missing an item from my order, what should I do?
If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item’s name. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can. Please, note, that we will request for the package picture to solve the issue.
Can I edit my order after placing it?
Orders may be modified before 5:00 AM (GMT). Orders placed after 5:00 AM (GMT) may be canceled during one hour.
Can I cancel my order?
It is possible for you to cancel your order after the payment has been confirmed. In order to do so, please contact the company or cancel your order in the following 24 hours after your payment has been confirmed.
