My wife and I bought a much bigger house and we love it. The signal on one end is just fine, though it never used to go anything above three bars. The network faded towards another end, which unfortunately has our bedroom and attached home office. There was absolutely no point in having an office since I had to carry my cell and laptop to the living room on the other end in order to work. Thanks to this signal booster, my office has found its purpose again!
I was pretty sceptical of this technology.But I just completed the setup and I am getting significant improvement in data transfer.
I installed this signal booster several years ago because I had problems with coverage in my house. After buying it, I connected it to the outside antenna, and immediately I noticed a significant improvement in my signal strength inside the house. Now I get 4-5 bars of 4G service and ever since I have never thought of switching to any other device.
I live in a rural area about 10 miles from the cell tower with tall trees between my house and the tower. I have never had service in my house, except for sometimes standing by one window I could get one or two bars at most if all conditions were just right. I work from my home a lot and it was a real pain not to have cell service. A few months ago a new tower was erected about five miles from me in the opposite direction, but the trees still limited me to one or two bars and that was not dependable. This unit put all my network problems to sleep the moment it was installed. I had grown so fed up with the dropped calls and worse, my inability to answer my emails as fast as I would have loved to. The signals have greatly improved and I appreciate that so much. I can now do a lot of things besides making calls and responding to mails.
